We had a great stay at our place while visiting Tampa. The condo was meticulously clean and proved to be a quiet and safe spot for my daughter and I while visiting the University of Tampa. We enjoyed walking to Hyde Park village for dinner each night, and we were even able to walk to the university one day. It looks like we found our new place for the next four years! Thank you for providing such a nice place!
Wonderful winter getaway. Beautiful accomodations, nicely furnished. Short walk to the heart of Ybor City and short Uber/Lyft ride to Tampa and surrounding area. There is a bagel and coffee shop right next door to the house which is quite handy. Hosts were very responsive to questions or suggestions and responded very quickly. A+++
Overall, it’s a nice place, clean and well maintained, towels are fluffy, and location is great! Many restaurants in downtown Hyde Park are within 15 to 20 minutes walking distance so we avoided parking and traffic congestion. I gave a four instead of five stars because the place feels warm in the middle of the night and wakes me up even though I set the temperature low before I went to bed. Maybe the temperature was set automatically up in the middle of the night.
Had lots of fun over the wkd! I loved being able to walk to historic Ybor City! The third floor was a hit with my kids and at night we enjoyed the outside rooftop deck over looking the city! The beds were super comfortable and the house was very clean! The parking spot in the back made it real easy to unload our luggage into the house! We will definitely stay here again. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Beautiful decor, comfortable beds and everything we needed was provided. The location was perfect between downtown Hyde Park and the bay. We walked to as many activities as we could which makes for a very relaxing vacation. Toni is an excellent host and very attentive to our needs and responds quickly when I had some questions. We will definitely stay here again!
