I was dissatisfaction with my recent cleaning appointment. The facility was unclean upon my arrival, and the new dentist was aggressive, rough, and inattentive. Furthermore, the appointment only included polishing rather than a proper cleaning. Due to this poor experience, I will not return to your practice and will not recommeded to anyone wants to try that place unless they change a new management.
My wife Mary accompanied me for my eye appointment. She made an appointment per my recommendation for eye exam before we left the facility for 8/15/26 for 10:30 am. We are both on the same insurance. We arrived and greeted the two staff behind the desk. A lady at the back responsed with enthusiasm. A man at the front ignored us and pretended not to notice us. Dr. White no longer works here and the new dentist just wasn’t that great. She was on the phone with her AirPods in when cleaning my teeth and I just felt uncomfortable. I had a great 7 years here when Dr. White was the owner.
Went in for a Wisdom Teeth Extraction. I was extremely nervous having waited so long for this procedure. The doctor was friendly and put my worries to rest. All in All. It wasn’t as bad as I first thought. Even tho this visit was just two-uppers. I will definitely be back for any further dental needs
