The most knowledgeable + customer friendly marine parts supplier in the metro. Will continue to purchase what I need from Brightwells.
I appreciate the guys in the service department at Brightwells. They are friendly, knowledgeable, and were able to fix my old lund/evinrude in just a couple days both times I had issues.
A lot of boat shops stay away from older outboards. These guys said bring it on over. They fixed my 40 year old Ranger with a Mercury 150 in a timely manor. Only good things to say!
Would leave less stars if I could. These people are rude! They put in a new motor and I’ve had nothing but problems. They lied and said they disposed of the old motor when they were supposed to send it back. They tried to blame the warranty company but the warranty company was able to provide proof that bright wells were the liars. When I threatened to sue they magically were able to get my motor back. Stay away!
Last two times I’ve tried buying a boat here have been a joke. About 3-4 years ago I was so turned off by the transaction over a simple color question that I left. I see that salesman has also. I reached out last week about a boat in stock. Salesman is horrible at communicating. Won’t return emails. I give up with this place
