It's the worst bank I ever had! I had in issue by their mistake and not competition they declined all my home accounts and they just sending their apologies. Do I care of their apologies?
I have had an absolutely terrible experience with Brightwell Support. A simple issue with my account has remained unresolved for over three months despite multiple follow-ups. After receiving confirmation that my request was being processed, I later discovered that nothing had actually been done beyond my initial inquiry. Every time I reach out to support, I receive the same generic responses, with my questions ignored and no real progress made. Worst banking system ever. Definitely gonna get rid of them. Support responds once in 2 days time. Multiple issues with card blocking, even though you advise them not to lock the card after every 3rd transaction. You can’t rely on the card what so ever, definitely to avoid the company. Only reason why I can’t totally get rid of them, is because company is forcing crew members to use them. And please don’t reply with I am so sorry to hear this, bla bla bla. Brightwell Payments continue to fail in providing a reliable service that it's user's can depend on. The ignorance of various Cruise lines not taking action against Brightwell's negligence is disappointing. I can only hope, that one day, they will find a different payment provider.
