I've heard nothing but the best before I experienced it for my self.The staff,nurses and doctors where awesome and went far and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and my needs were met. Well professional, awesome and nice front desk staff. Doctors are very good with listening to your concerns and addressing them. Today was my first appt with Dr Sofia and she made me leave feeling completely comfortable as I was very nervous because my long time doctor just retired. She made sure to answer all my concerns and listen to my entire life story 🤣 Absolutely recommended them 100/💯
I have never been in an atmosphere where one person is nicer than the next until I started treatment at Brightwell. You do not feel degraded or demeaned and each counselor and staff member make you proud when you have a clean urine. Being referred to brightwell was one of the best things that has happened to me and I feel fully supported on my road to sobriety once and for all!
I was afraid to post this under my legal name so don’t mind the name. I cannot thank this office enough for completely changing my life for the best. I was hooked on very hard drugs for 2-3 years straight. I had attempted to get clean before, I always knew drugs were not the correct thing but I could not fight through the withdrawals.
