I wish I could give this facility NEGATIVE stars. My husband has Alzheimer’s dementia, and is currently a patient in this facility. His primary provider, Tess Thomas, appears to be knowledgeable, compassionate, and appropriately managing his care. On the other hand, the administrative staff is possibly the most unprofessional and unpleasant group I have ever encountered in a health care team. Would give it 0 stars, anyone with half a brain should know this place is insane the horror stories you see in the reviews are genuine, all 3 shifts are some of the evilest people there, from the staff too the reception people none of you wanted to even do your job all 3 of your shift leads and you should be fired for all the torment you cause those poor people every day, no phone calls when my mother was up? Does not warrant any star! Beware, your loved one will never recover. Family member was sent here from a memory care facility which was not needed. She was kept for weeks came out bruised, could not walk, talk, hold up her head, could not eat and died within days.

I know someone who was sent here, worst experience of This persons Life, at a facility that is supposed to care for people, they were extremely rude to me as well, in a lot of ways this place is probably worse then a prison, no calls, cut off from loved ones, treated like a prisoner, all rights removed, don't send anyone here ever, these people care for people less then guards at a maximum prison, I'm surprised i haven't heard of any deaths here unless there buried under a rug some where, somebody needs to look into this pla... read more
