Does not warrant any star! Beware, your loved one will never recover. Family member was sent here from a memory care facility which was not needed. She was kept for weeks came out bruised, could not walk, talk, hold up her head, could not eat and died within days.
I know someone who was sent here, worst experience of This persons Life, at a facility that is supposed to care for people, they were extremely rude to me as well, in a lot of ways this place is probably worse then a prison, no calls, cut off from loved ones, treated like a prisoner, all rights removed, don't send anyone here ever, these people care for people less then guards at a maximum prison, I'm surprised i haven't heard of any deaths here unless there buried under a rug some where, somebody needs to look into this pla... read more
If I could give 0 I would the amount you see is crazy I worked here and loved this job and the patience and they loved me why ? I would listen talk to them and give them what they needed some cnas love to sit behind the desk residents on other end wanting to call family need something scared have questions they ignore or tell them to wait or wait til Hours pass and they residents done forgot what they wanted to ask they have thrown diapers not in the trash bag but on the bathroom ground me being a cleaner it made me mad and ... read more
My mother is currently being cared for here. I was skeptical as mom has been in different places that haven’t been that great. But I am truly impressed with the staff and owner of this facility. I’ve personally met a few nurses and the CEO and I have nothing but good things to say about them. But more importantly, how my mother is smiling again. That speaks volumes to me!
