Jake was excellent! The customer service I experienced with him while dealing with the stresses of my personal life was well-needed. He was patient at times when it took me while to get back to him but also quick and responsive when I finally did get back to him with the information... in my book that is Stellar performance! Especially when choosing the right insurance provider. I highly recommend for anyone looking.
