Really rough experience with these guys. The tl;dr is they illegally authorized a policy in my name, without my notice or permission. I only found out after I selected another company that I wished to work with, notified them and they did not inform me they had already made a policy without my knowledge. They then told me they canceled it, didn't actually cancel it and I did not find out until my current insurance company again dug this up, less than a month out from the 90 day deadline, potentially putting my home insurance... read more
