I have a home owners insurance quote with Brightway. Justin Thompson is highly unresponsive. He doesn’t respond to emails or voicemails. I sent him a few requests for a new quote for a rental property a few weeks ago and I have received no correspondence back, aside from speaking with him directly via the Brightway phone number, where he expressly stated that he received my information.
