Run, don’t walk, away from this agency. Like other reviewers, I had a nightmare experience where I was unable to reach my insurance agent via phone call or email and they allowed my homeowners policy to lapse, causing my bank to instate an extremely costly plan in place of one I chose. I wasn’t aware that it was even possible to have such a bad experience with an insurance agent or agency. I've not been able to get a hold of my "agent" for months now. I've called, emailed, and even used LinkedIn directly. NOTHING. I never had an issue in the past, but the recent switch of my car insurance policy was an absolute disaster. I NEVER chose this company either. It was simply given to me with my mortgage. I've been wanting to leave a review for a time now but wanted to give this company time to make things right. They have not.
