Changing my previous 5 star review 5 months ago. Jim Pello is the absolute worst agent selling me a policy 5 months ago without arranging proper cancellation of the policy being replaced. Then the new carrier he arranged (Monarch) cancelled my policy effective June 29 due to restructuring there portfolio. Jim gave me every indication he got me another homeowner policy with Citizens mid-June before I was cancelled June 29. Jim Pello is the most unprofessional insurance executive I have ever dealt with! He defrauded me for several years with an incorrect home insurance policy and refused to offer any refunds. He is part of this scam where they make single family homeowner policies for people who have condos charging them double. He was very rude after finally getting to speak to him in person (took weeks). DO NOT do business with this company!
Jim has been great! Very responsive to my needs and handles my policies like a pro! Thank you Jim!!
