Aaron has been great through the process of switching home insurance companies. Not only did he find a great rate, he also walked me through every step of the process. He was quick to respond to emails and phone calls and explained my coverage in a way I was able to understand.

My agent is Banani Dhar, they contacted me to renew. I asked them to contact my mortgage company. They said it was my responsibility to do so. I told her that's fine, I would like to cancel and not renew. It seems they never canceled upon my request. I would not ever recommend anyone working with this agent, nor this company. Terrible customer service.
