Absolutely horrible. He sells you the policy and then it’s almost impossible to get a hold of him after that. Try calling the number if you’re not already customer and see if you can get a hold of anyone. My bet? It won’t happen.

Get another agent. They dropped us after couple of years because of our roof age.
Michael Lublin has been unresponsive and borderline derelict on his broker responsibilities. Good luck getting ahold of him after the premium check clears. I was a customer for 4 years and left out to dry after his carrier canceled many policies across Florida. Never had a claim.
