Ive been doing business with Danny for almost a decade. I will unfortunately be going somewhere else. I was told they dont want to service old policies just get new ones and I should call the insurance companies for service because they dont do that anymore.
It’s so frustrating when you can’t call and get through and then when you’re told on the phone, you can cancel your policy without penalties just to find out after you cancel your policy. There’s a 10% penalty. Would not recommend this agency, they are great when it comes to providing you with new insurance. So happy that I am switching to Chubb Literally getting 2x times the coverage almost across the board in all areas and not being sold on something that’s considered an A rated company with subpar customer service abd poo... read more
Outstanding professional customer service
You can never get him after he takes your money for a policy.... Two years in a row that I never get my ID cards from Brightway or Safeco.... I always have to call them to have them sent to me. I have been with Danny for over ten years and the customer service has went from being great to miserable... Expect to wait for 30 minutes on an automated call to get assistance.
