Excellent communicators, very responsive. Professional, polite and fair. We have been very happy with our experience and recommend them without hesitation.
Prepare to get squeezed after hurricane season. This agency won't even quote you unless they know what others are charging you. I am no insurance expert but isn't it their job to find you a range of options, some high and some low so that you can make an educated decision. After giving all the NECESSARY information for accomplishing this task, I was refused quotes for not providing what my premium's are. Horrible experience! I had my policy canceled because the agent didn't submit the paperwork the insurance company needed! This was the 2nd time it got canceled because of him. When I called them to complain they basically told me to go find another agency to help me find new coverage. Nice
