A little confused, I thought I have Brightway Ins, yet my renewal says Edison Ins Co, then I get an estimate from another agent From Edison with a different rate. My agent is from Boca, which I can't get through to him, then the other agent is from Plantation.What is going on.
Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. I had a Citizens insurance with this agent. Then received a Notice of Assumption with Florida Peninsula for my Citizens policy, which I canceled ca 6 weeks before that. Then one day later, I received a Notice of Cancelation. 10 months later Florida Peninsula assumed the canceled Citizens policy in error. This agent seems to be more than disorganized.
