Back in Aug. 2019 Brightway placed with bankers homeowners ins. & the premium was approx. $2900 for 1 year. Mid term, bankers ins. increased the premium to over $7,000. Eventually, after months of trying to contact Brightway, they placed me with another ins. company. Now, bankers ins. has put me into collections for over $5,000. Over the past 2 weeks, I have left 3 voicemail messages for my agent at Brightway & 3 messages for the owner. I have not gotten 1 call back. My next call is going to the Better Business Bureau. Wouldn’t use them ever again if my life depended on it. My homeowners policy was canceled even though I left countless voicemails and emails trying to renew it. Worst company around. Still haven’t heard a word from them and my policy was cancelled in May.
As the owner of Eco Restoration and Construction, Josh at Brightway first provided a quote for our Commercial Auto Policy. He took the time to explain each detail even taking into account our schedule. The end result was significant savings.
