Absolutely horrible experience. Lost my homeowners policy after I renewed in December because Brightway didn't process my payment (after I was assured on the phone that everything was handled). Brightway attempted to reach me by voicemail after repeatedly being told that I do not have voicemail. An associate very assertively stated that she emailed me several times, yet these emails are nowhere in my inbox or my junkbox I only discovered I was uninsured after the bank contacted me!
