I needed to replace our roof which involved removing and reinstalling our 24-panel, 10-year old solar array. The job required calendar coordination with the roofing company and the original solar installer was not being responsive. Based on reviews, I reached out to Brightway Solar. Brightway was extremely responsive and helpful. They committed to dates for removal pre-roofing and reinstall post-removing and then followed through with quality work. We will continue to rely on them for future maintenance.
Brightway was amazing to work with. They were amazingly efficient, did a great job walking me through all the steps, and worked well with my local municipality. Highly recommended.
I'm very satisfied with Marc and the team at Brightway Energy. The whole process of getting solar panels for my house was very easy. It took a little bit of time to get it connected to the grid, but that was mainly due to delays on city inspections. Otherwise, the installation of the panel was very fast and professional. Highly recommend! Marc and the Brightway Energy team were excellent from start to finish. Extremely professional and thorough, they ensured the project kept moving forward as efficiently as possible. The install was quick and there was no mess left behind. Now, we simply check the app to see how much energy the panels are making daily. We love our solar panels!
I have been getting called literally 2 to 7 times a day for over the past 2 weeks now, offering to help me get solar. I would have to take down 3 trees for it to work on my home, which is what I have already been told. I have repeatedly asked nicely to be removed from the call list, and the past 2 days, not so nicely. I feel harassed by Brightway Energy now. Please stop calling.
