A Telehealth appointment. They called on time, were very professional and friendly..Dr also took the initiative to order blood as it had been a while. Great local practice..
Great staff and great doctors. Always try and find a way I can see doc asap, if not possible, I get a telehealth call normally within a week 😊👌🙏👏Dr Walker was legendary today... Specialists app offered to me for tmw, and within 4 hrs of talking to him. 🙌👏👌
We had two appointments today for myself and my husband. We were notified that a 15 minute delay was unavoidable and this helped with our planning of our arrival time. As usual we were treated with respect, patience and more importantly as a welcome visitor to the clinic. We appreciate the process of booking our next appointments before we left. Our doctor is exceptionally caring and is proactive in looking at our future medical needs. Thank you to all at Brightwater Medical Centre.
