We have been working with Brightwater for a few years now! They take good care of their owners and allows us to get things done on their behalf.
We have lived in a Brightwater community for 5 years now. They are still in charge of our HOA which has been horrible for most of the homeowners. Homeowners get violations for things like a UPS package left at their side door when it was only delivered 15 minutes prior…seriously, and it has happened more than once and more than one homeowner. I live next to an easement which looks like a construction zone…weeds, dirt, rebar sticking out of the ground. They have promised to correct the situation several times, but it still lo... read more
They cycle through project managers so often that little things in a build get forgotten. I would not recommend anyone use them t9 build a house.
Having previously experienced a very poor home building situation, I was reluctant to purchase a new home, as opposed to a resale. Brightwater Homes has, however, been amazing to work with at Palmetto Bluff. Greg Harrold is wonderful. He is efficient, concerned and professional. His attention to detail is superior. I highly recommend Greg and his team on any building project.
Highly recommend Brightwater Homes. Top notch team, superior attention to detail, and customer service that goes above and beyond. Always responsive, worked patiently (and happily) with us on many changes along the way, worked hard to make us happy at every step. What a stark contrast from the last home we purchased through a high volume national builder. Great care provided by Frank Nicholson, Wynn Tierney and Angelique Foster to build our beautiful home.
