Great as I’ve been here a year
Unit was supposed to close 2 years ago. Now in 2026, not even a shovel in the ground. No one will provide a clear answer other than "According to your contract, we have until 2030 to complete...." Yes, that is technically true in the fine print as a worst case scenario clause. So here we wait while you sit on our 6 figure downpayment. Живём тут второй год и очень надеюсь уехать. Менеджмент ужасен, отношение к жильцам отвратительное, в этом здании хорошее только расположение и люди, которые отвечают за чистоту ! И всё! Система пожарная не работает корректно два года !!! Паркинг - не возможно попасть, гейт не открывается, постоянные требования от консьержа- то украшения на дверях , то вещи лишние в локере! Такое впечатление , что-то арендаторы работают для менеджмента, а не менеджмент для людей !!
Great location. Short walking distance to the lake and restaurants in Port Credit. Farmboy, Cobs, Rexall, BMO, Physio, Dspot, Gelato and Mercatto restaurant are directly outside of the condos. Free 2 hour parking. Conveniently located to everything. Beautiful condominium.
Been.months and still waiting for Brightwater to pay outstanding invoice. Live up to your end of the contract Brightwater. Very frustrating and disappointed.
