Been.months and still waiting for Brightwater to pay outstanding invoice. Live up to your end of the contract Brightwater. Very frustrating and disappointed.
My experience with Brightwater had been a really tough ride until I found Edlira and Kal. Their openness, support, quick problem solving, and their commitment to go above and beyond have erase any past experience. Thank you Edlira for always answering and for connecting me with the right people. Thank you Kal for taking care of even more items that the ones present in my Tarion form. You are the best example of customer support/service and an angel for me! Thank you!
Another shiny cardboard box with laughably bad management! Live here for a year and they are terrible at communication and management. Thank God I’m moving out. My locker was robbed and they just told me oops sorry the cameras aren’t working and the door wasn’t locked. Oh, and their key fob system is hilariously bad, by the way, the app does not work to open your doors and it never will. I find it hilarious. To add to the below. I have an email sent by Brightwater on March 27, 2025 confirming the items that will be fixed after reviewing the one year Tarion form. As of August 2025 nothing has been fixed. After multiple follow up, after 5 months, a rude and sarcastic is questioning the email Brightwater sent in March. These are supposed to be reputable builders but they are just rookies. The contract is geared to the detriment of purchasers. You have no rights as an owner. Forced to take occupancy with inaccessible amenities, ac problematic,elevator not working. Occupancy forced, occupancy fees are as high as 11k a month. Communication is terrible and unconscionable. Inconveniences are rampant to enter your unit for repairs without more than a day notice, phone calls and emails non stop. This is my experience.
