Although I write this review with a heavy heart and amongst a flow of tears. I would like to thank all staff and admin at Brightwater The Oaks, for their love and care in taking care of my mother during her last years. Thank you from all of our family.
I have given the Oceania House 5 stars because, it is clean light and bright, the staff and volunteers are client focused, the level of understanding dementia and the care was exemplary, medical interventions and information was provided clearly, including alternative options, the extra activities were stimulating for the residents and the clients are well supported by compassionate, knowledgeable people. Thankyou for reinstating my faith in aged care. Keep in up, and keep the bean counters out.... care like that is worth ev... read more
