The Best Auto Glass Shop in London. Period. Full stop! I just had my windshield replaced at BrightVu and I couldn't be happier! Chris is not only friendly and knowledgeable with over 13 years of experience, but he is honest and reliable and takes the time to explain the whole procedure. And he took care of all the paperwork with my insurance company as well. All I had to do was pay my deductible. Chris and his team provided phenomenal and efficient service! I chose BrightVU based on the positive reviews and had the same experience others reflected. Great communication, excellent work, quick scheduling, and went above and beyond in returning my vehicle spotless (including floors cleaned) and ready to drive.
Chris was very honest and accommodating. While all other glass shops were unable to arrange the glass for my Kia EV6, Chris took it as a challenge and found one within 1 hour. I drove down from Tillsonburg and got everything done within 2 hours.
A+ service all around. Dealt with insurance so I didn't have to, gave me timely updates on when the glass was in and ready to be installed. Installed it and even cleaned the carpets in our 3 row SUV and had it done in less than 3 hours. Can't recommend them enough for any job, big or small. I won't go anywhere else if I ever need glass work done. Thanks Chris!
