I had a huge crack in my windshield and needed it fixed quickly. Chris was incredibly professional, efficient, and did an outstanding job. He worked fast, but the quality of the repair was top-notch—my windshield looks as good as new! Chris was very friendly, explained the process clearly, and made sure everything was perfect before I left. I highly recommend him to anyone needing windshield repair. I recently had BrightVu Auto Glass repair my windshield and I would give them 6 stars if it was possible! Chris was extremely fast to respond to my phone calls and texts. He completed my insurance work order quickly and efficiently, and took care of everything else in between. When I picked up my vehicle, they went the extra mile to clean up my floor mats, wipe up all the salt stains, and vacuum out the interior - what a great surprise that was. Thanks for making this process extremely easy! Would highly recommend to anyone.
A+ service all around. Dealt with insurance so I didn't have to, gave me timely updates on when the glass was in and ready to be installed. Installed it and even cleaned the carpets in our 3 row SUV and had it done in less than 3 hours. Can't recommend them enough for any job, big or small. I won't go anywhere else if I ever need glass work done. Thanks Chris!
