Lainey was fantastic through the exploration and sale process. My parents moved in today. So tbd on living experience but the sale process and acclimating has been really top notch. Great communications and expectations management through a challenging transitional time.

Everyone is very nice; the atmosphere is nice; staff is very helpful!
I go to BrightView Towson on a regular basis to visit my Dad and can't say enough about kindness and professionalism of the staff - from the front office/reception, to health care, to dining room, to activities, to maintenance, etc.). My family and I are grateful for the excellent level of care and social interaction provided to our Dad. Thank you.
