It was my 1st time visiting Brightview today.. I was impressed that it was very nice and clean everywhere. There was music in the main lobby when I came in...a singer playing piano. Everyone seemed to be enjoying it. I went to visit my Aunt, Frances "Fritzie" Kitz, who just turned 102 on Monday!! Everyone that I encountered today was very pleasant and helpful. I visit my family member at BrightView Towson on a regular basis and always have positive interactions with staff. In all areas (front office, reception, health care, dining room, activities, maintenance, etc.) they are professional, knowledgeable, helpful, friendly, and positive. My family and I truly appreciate the excellent level of care provided to our family member.
