They have taken heroic measures to ensure the residents and employees have remained healthy during the COVID 19 pandemic. The community is beautiful, clean, and well maintained. I highly recommend Brightview Great Falls.
My grandmother a resident at brightview and for the most part has had a pleasant experience, which is why I was generous in giving them two stars. What’s unforgivable is what their staff thinks they can get away with because of no repercussions. My grandmother has been repeatedly been disrespected by a particular staff member to the point this “trained professional” put my grandmothers diaper on backwards, then when my grandmother tried to ask her to fix it she was told to “shut up, it will be taken care of when I come back ... read more
Residents aren't safe. one died in their garden
The people and staff and residents, the kitchen staff are just wonderful, making sure that each person who live there are always taken care of
