This facility is very new and the aesthetics and food quality are excellent here. The care for my father, who was mobility impaired, was subpar and there was significant staff turnover/callouts that led to my father sometimes not being helped for long periods of time. Perhaps the facility is still getting the staffing level correct, but the staffing level does not seem to be at the level for some patients to get the care they need, especially for an enhanced license care facility.

This is one of the best assisted living locations on Long Island! Very friendly team, very attentive to mom and very clean!
