Dr. Allen was fantastic to work with. She provided me with a nexus letter that helped me get service-connected with my claim. The entire staff at Brightview Psychiatry Solutions were professional and courteous. The communication was very good, and I highly recommend their services.
I used Dr. Allen for a Nexus letter and a DBQ for claim of Major Depressive Disorder, Anxiety, and Insomnia secondary to my already rated Tinnitus. This was a supplimental to a previously denied claim. Once i had sent all the docs to her,Dr. Allen had sent my forms to me in about a week. She did an amazing job, very professional and detailed. Once i submitted my evidence, it was only about three weeks for the VA to make a decision and rate me at 100% P&T. Thank God above and thank Dr. Allen for a doing a wonderful job.
