Brightview does my community landscaping. They don't actually do anything but sit in the work truck in the 2 back corners of the community until they move on to the next community. They don't blow leaves and debris, they don't trim or maintain the landscaping. They will do 1 big chop a year all the way to the ground and let it grow out until the next years big chop.
Bright View is our new landscaper here in my over 55 community of Eastmark Encore in Mesa. I have lived here for 9 years and the community is looking the best ever. Thank you!
