Repeatedly trespassing on my well marked private property (sometimes cutting large patches of the grass in my yard). I have not hired them for any work. I have told them many times to stay off my property. They argued, cussed, and told me they weren't leaving because their boss said it was fine. I had to have them officially trespassed to get them to leave.

For some years, we planned to change from BrightView in our condo association. It was all promises and no action. We were set to change and then along came Henry to manage things. What a positive turnaround! We anticipate things will continue to improve. It most definitely matters when someone manages well and understands people, workers and plants. Henry does all this. By next year I anticipate leaving a 5 star recommendation though two months ago I would have given a one star at most.

This company, their managers, and workers are horrible! Do yourself a favor and find someone else. A kid in your neighborhood would be better and wouldn’t steal water and electricity from you. So so so so so so so so so horrible.

This company is very bad with communication, the employees will throw trash in your yard (they are hired to maintain the common areas in my neighborhood), the employees will purposely step into the street in front of your car and then flip you off (this happened to me today) and they do NOT care. Management is horrendous.
