We have had a number of landscapers in our community over the years and Brightview has been the best! Marcus does a great job of managing his team and everyone in my neighborhood appreciates the work he does!
Brightview was the HOA choice, and they destroyed my yard, they mow too fast, and left soggy tire tracks allover, killing the grass. Day laborers who routinely left trash and empty food cartons after every mowing. They were fired when the contract was up. Zero communication, zero respect.
New to our community for one month and already our residents are commenting on the improvements . Administration is responsive , dependable and well versed in their field including credentials . Workers are Polite, friendly and respectful. They pause Their equipment upon an approaching resident , excellent job of clean-up, knowledgeable in landscaping techniques . Rapid response to an irrigation problem…. We are very pleased with this company😃🌴
Brightview's consistency is their inconsistency. For example, irrigation. No set days or times for irrigation in my section of our community. Been very dry lately and our lakes are beyond full.
