New to our community for one month and already our residents are commenting on the improvements . Administration is responsive , dependable and well versed in their field including credentials . Workers are Polite, friendly and respectful. They pause Their equipment upon an approaching resident , excellent job of clean-up, knowledgeable in landscaping techniques . Rapid response to an irrigation problem…. We are very pleased with this company😃🌴

Brightview's consistency is their inconsistency. For example, irrigation. No set days or times for irrigation in my section of our community. Been very dry lately and our lakes are beyond full.

Lack of responsiveness/communication. Have the workers use leaf blowers to blow leaves, grass clippings, debris (garbage) from around the neighbors driveways and street into my yard. My yard is always a mess. I asked that this practice stop but to no avail. When I went out the other day and started to video tape as soon as they saw I was watching and going to videotape they changed direction and blew it down the street.
