Run away from this Lakeworth based company as fast as you can. Poorly trained personnel. Horrible experience. Account Manager Jarrod Croy is non-responsive to a customer's complaints. No follow up whatsoever, just an e-mail that states “issue addressed” which is bull "malarkey". This is a mega goliath national company that doesn't give a crap about thier customers.

We are very lucky to have Howard from Brightview as our rep. He is so great at communicating with our team to keep our community landscaping looking great. Any issues we have are quickly attended to.
Howard is the best! His communication with myself and the Board President is top tier. His crew keeps the community looking beautiful at all times. He is quick to respond and helps to create solutions if something goes wrong. We love Brightview!
