Terrible! No leadership avoid them .
Brightview recently began servicing my community. The landscaping work is average, but they are careless with the clean-up. When I called their location to get insurance information (for damages), the number led to somebody who told me "Wrong number". I'd suggest big communities to stay away from this company.
Since BrightView Landscaping took over maintenance in our community, there has been a noticeable decline in the overall condition of the landscaping, including multiple dead trees throughout the neighborhood. This is especially concerning considering our HOA fees are intended to cover routine landscaping care and upkeep.
