The City of San Juan Capistrano uses this company for slope maintenance on Rancho Viejo Road. The water was shut off to the slopes for months. They perform routine maintenance bi-monthly. Not ONE member of Brightview staff noticed mature landscaping dying off. I started noticing the vegetation dying and contacted the city. Completely ripped out plants, I was trying to stop them but they just looked at me and continued working. NO WAY TO CONTACT. Called the number over and over and over no one answers. There is an option to leave a voicemail but the voicemail is full.
