I most definitely Do Not Recommend BrightView Landscaping company to any HOA. First, Alenjandro Cruz, an Account Manager has been in contact with multiple unhappy condo owners and pretends to listen to their grievances, promising that they would do a better job on their next session and or visit, but they really don’t get a call back to make sure things get resolved and their workers still does the same unprofessional work of ethics on their next visit/service. Was running today and some of their employees decided it was okay to honk at a women just running in shorts - unacceptable behavior especially in a work vehicle . Gross
The Brightview team is great to work with, and always attentive to our community landscaping needs.
BrightView is a contractor for 1 my communities that I manage. When they first started there were a couple of concerns that the board was having which was bought to BrightView's attention. They spoke with the board members regarding their concerns. They now have a good rapport and the community is very satisfied with there performance. iew
