Louisville noise ordinance is from 7AM to 9PM daily, regardless the season. The 1 star rating is for this morning at exactly 4AM, where your company truck was next door to our residence and your employee was using a very loud, industrial blower on a driveway. At 4AM! Not sending an email, this is just a heads-up before the police are notified next time.
