Brightview was hired by my HOA for the landscaping, leaf cleanup, and snow removal at our complex. The service is the worst we've ever had. Despite prior communication, they completely mowed over new grass seed that was clearly marked with straw and have yet to rectify it. They cancel constantly blaming the weather, even when it ends up not being bad. And as of now, the snow removal has been nonexistent with zero communication.
