If I could give less stars I would. If you are any type of subcontractor do not work for this company, they don't pay on time or pay invoices at all. If you have to stop work because of non payment then you will never hear back from them at all. The emails wouldn't get a reply, they wouldn't answer any calls or text messages. Very unprofessional company that will just cut all communication when they were in the wrong for not paying their invoices that we have sent multiple times. 8-29-25 So it has been close to a week since ... read more
One of their drivers backed a trailer into my truck as we were sitting at a stop sign. It has now been 14 days since the accident and Brightview and their insurance company have failed to follow up with myself, or my insurance company. Steve Roberts was my point of contact for Brightview Landscaping, each time I reached out he assured me "They'll be in contact today", in which nothing has happened. My insurance company is stating it doesn't look as if a claim has been filed by Brightview and it's been 2 weeks since the accid... read more
