Pathetic service.. We have our snow removal contract with Bright View for our subdivision HOA. Their response time is pathetic usually few days after the snow. Our drive ways have to be cleared by ourselves to not get stuck at home forever if we depend on them. But they charge thousands of $$ for service with 0 value. Pushing the board to get rid of them ASAP.
If I could give less stars I would. If you are any type of subcontractor do not work for this company, they don't pay on time or pay invoices at all. If you have to stop work because of non payment then you will never hear back from them at all. The emails wouldn't get a reply, they wouldn't answer any calls or text messages. Very unprofessional company that will just cut all communication when they were in the wrong for not paying their invoices that we have sent multiple times. 8-29-25 So it has been close to a week since ... read more

Absolutely the worse place in 27 years of experience I’ve worked at , don’t recommend this company to any of my fellow landscape friends. If there was a negative star rating I would have used that option.
