I love the place good employees and great customer service
I run operations for an Amazon delivery station in the Pullman neighborhood in Chicago and we have a contract with Brightview for weekly service of trimming and grass cutting. Brightview often failes to cut and trim the whole property, skips entire weeks, and does not improve when account managers are contacted.
