These guys are too busy. Tidewater shires account manger David J won’t provide landscaping proposal or return calls. They are too busy to talk to customers. No way to reach them. Corporate office not responding to calls or email.
Horrible. Please heed my caution if you hire them for anything. Unless you like to waste your money. They will edge with weed eaters and cut your lines to lighting and never repair. The damaged my fence with their lawnmowers, the run over and kill your plants in the mulch, they NEVER respond to help tickets and can't manage a irrigation schedule. These guys will charge a ton and provide little to no work. GARBAGE!

Jose Pallares is our neighborhood’s account manager. One of his functions is to oversee irrigation issues. He carefully examines and determines the solution by checking and double checking possibilities. He is so knowledgeable. His technical explanations are in easy to understand terms. Mr. Pallares is not only personable but a true professional! He is a definite BrightView Landscapes asset!
