The level of incompetence at this company is really quite remarkable. I am posting pictures (over time) of what you can expect to see when they are hired for your community. They will damage your house and leave your yard in shambles. They will ignore you when you try to work with them to get issues rectified. They will not maintain your yard to HOA standards. Implore your HOA to consider a truly local business that will appreciate the business.
Why does my community pay to have people destroy our yards? These people just leaf blew dirt ON MY CAR WHILE WAS WASHING IT IN THE DRIVEWAY… there’s bad service then there’s ZERO common sense…

Brightview "landscaping" company is doing an extremely poor job at our condo community. They are uncooperative in doing the things in our contract. Actually, they refuse to fulfill most of the contract. They only mow and that's done poorly. They don't pick up debris before they mow. They mow over it, spreading it everywhere, or throw it on top of the shrubs. They don't remove leaves. If we force them to, they blow the leaves onto our patios or leave them in piles on the grass.
