This is the worst of lawn care I've seen here in Suncity west. You now have a nickname "scalp view" . Please ... stop doing this. Notice the pictures of a term I've coined the phrase as "scalp swirl". When I was mowing my own lawn, I would actually look at the lawn as I did it and if the mower was to low I would raise it. These people at your company have absolutely 0 pride in a job well done. Fix the problem with your mowers and stop ruining perfectly green yards. PLEASE

Unfortunately there is no zero star rating because Brightview deserves a full ZERO. I must say that I am now lucky enough to have moved from the north side of Sun City where Brightview is shoved down our throats by Pulte. First, the initial sodding of our new yards is a complete waste of effort and money. They do not lay any soil prior to the sod. It’s sod over clay, rocks, construction debris and garbage. Your driver almost ran me off the road coming out of Palmetto Bluff onto May River Rd. They were driving recklessly in PB as well. Called the number on the trailer and it was a Spanish line for an insurance agency in NY. Tried to call your office during business hours and no one answered and no VM. No one should do business with people as reckless and shady as this. I will be going to the PB board about this as well.
