They make promises but don't keep them. They go weeks and don't show up. Their workers use the excuse they can't speak English.

I have been calling this company for months now about them killing plants I put outside my home and the vendors don't speak English and also they do a horrible job cutting the trees back and the yards..

Brightview provides HORRIBLE service! BV does not perform to our HOA contract. Simple things, trimming around stop signs, breaking sprinklers repeatedly, locking that gates when they leave, butchering when they trim, not blowing off trimming from sidewalks, front porches, etc. We pay BV to spray for weeds in our yards and flower beds. Several of our yards are filled totally with weeds. They trim to 8 feet but we have several that are 12 feet or higher. If is an EVERY week issue -- when they show up. WORST SERVICE EVER!!!!! I was a a mobile car was (el car wash) in miramar fl with my 2 kids and wife the driver a bright-view truck with signs on the side meaning he was still representing this company almost hit my car on purpose i was next in line and he decided to get in front of me almost hit my vehicle and look through the window like letting me know what he did would not let me go after the car wash he goes to do vacuum and park next to me looking at me like waiting for me to say something so he could get into an argument or fight i said to ... read more

I am not an employee of Brightview- but they severely under pay their long term employees. There is no career advancement. Also, they provide safety material BUT do not replace them. With that being said their men and women working out in the field with safety cones that barely reflect anything. Their men and women are great and friendly but I am completely appalled by the lack of attention to their field works safety. Especially, since most are hard working mothers and fathers. Bright View services landscape services are substandard. Condo association grounds looks like a hacked up 1970's apartment complex, no attention to detail, inability to adjust sprinkler systems correctly, inability to cut bushes & shrubs properly, inability to follow basic instructions, inability to advise on plant placement and suggests putting low watering plants with high water plants. Horrific services, horrific Company!
