New update . BE CAREFUL DISASTER !!!!YOU HAVE TO CLEAN UP AFTER THEM ,THEY CHARGE EXTRA IF THEY WANT YO CLEAN AFTER THEIR MESS PLEASE CHECK PICTURES . I’m updating my review and posting more photos of the poor landscaping work. This company is overpriced and even charges additional fees to clean up the mess created by their own gardening work. Attention all homeowners and HOA companies, I am updating my previous review. Yesterday at 8:30 AM, I saw one of the gardeners sitting on the grass, drinking coffee and talking on the phone—which is clearly not break time. I asked him whether I needed to clean up after they finished treating the grass. He said no, that it is their responsibility. HOA hired them this year. They are terrible, horrible, THE WORST. They do nothing but play with their electric power tools that they barely know how to use. They just mope around all day pretending to work but you will never actually see them using the rake or their hands or tending to the landscape. Within months are entire community landscape has been neglected. Unkept and overgrown. -they do not pull out invasive weeds, at one point when they over grew they went around spraying them. Our HOA use their service. It is awful. May be there is not enough people, may be management is not sufficient but nothing is done properly and in time.
