UPDATE: Worked with them to resolve the below discrepancies and they worked hard to get to the bottom of the situation. We were able to come to an amicable resolution and there lawn and landscaping has been great. Brightview landscaping was recently contracted to service the community I live in which included snow removal services. During the winter storm this year which was understandably a major weather event, the company pretreated the roadways as expected and after the snow event, it took the crew 2 days to arrive on site to begin clearing. When the invoice for services provided was received the company charged multiple services during the initial days of the snow storm which did not occur.
