BrightView does our Townhome community and it is pretty bad. They mow just about half and that’s at 90mph, smash into signs, trim less than they mow, only blow areas people are watching and use WEEDKILLER along fences and around utility boxes instead or trimming which looks awful. Now we have no grass in spots and even after we get rid of them when the contract is up we won’t have grass in places all over our community. They mow so fast as they bounce along that the grassy area they haven’t sprayed are splotchy and uneven. T... read more

They have been doing my apartment complexes landscaping and maintenance the past few weeks. The property looks the worst I have ever seen it, and I have been here over 4 years. They come early with their loud tools but the walk ways have weeds growing and the flower beds are overrun with weeds around every corner and the fronts of apartments. Disappointing considering people pay $1400+ for their apartments.
