While weed whacking our yard, one of the workers hit a rock and it flew, shattering my car window. However, the team was extremely professional and quick to action to fix the problem, handling the repairs and vacuuming the glass/taping my window shut until my repair appointment. While an unfortunate situation, I appreciate their customer service and apologetic attitude. Rode my a$$ hard on the hwy at 5:30am going 10 over. I will never be a customer because of this. Be better as a whole.
To say I am disappointed in the landscaping "services" Brightview provides would be an understatement. I have never seen a landscape company actually make a community look worse than before they ever started. They might be better on smaller jobs, but if you are considering them to provide landscaping (or lack thereof) for your community, look elsewhere because disappointment is inevitable. Brightview unfortunately is not able to handle large, mature communities. Perhaps if you have a single family home they could be ok, but they do not have the capability/equipment/manpower to handle a large community. If you are part of an HOA looking for a landscaping company to handle your community, I strongly recommend you look elsewhere. Can't wait for the new landscaping company to start this month so we can get our community back to where it used to be!
This company has serviced my townhome community in 2023. I use the term service very liberally. Until today (12/12/23), I hadn't seen anyone on property since October! The staff that comes on site is polite, cordial, and wants to do a good job, but they don't have the equipment they need to handle large, older communities.
