I am not an employee of Brightview- but they severely under pay their long term employees. There is no career advancement. Also, they provide safety material BUT do not replace them. With that being said their men and women working out in the field with safety cones that barely reflect anything. Their men and women are great and friendly but I am completely appalled by the lack of attention to their field works safety. Especially, since most are hard working mothers and fathers.
