If I could give negative stars, I would give them -100 stars. They didn’t come to plow for 2 days. This is a complex of 300 families. The entire plowing job was a disaster. The piles of snow were so high, residents almost got into accidents leaving the complex. When you have a large contract, you should give them top priority or lose their business. BrightView Snow Services is a breath of fresh air as the service provider for our residential community. Three January winter storm events so far and the crew has been proactive, attentive, responsive and professional in providing reliable service throughout the duration of each storm. Working in extreme cold temperatures day and night the crew make sure roadways, driveways, sidewalks, storm drains and fire hydrants all received the appropriate amount of attention.
