Great customer service 👏
I worked at the Laurel MD facility in 2017-18 I received NO training whatsoever. Management was a complete joke. I was very uncomfortable working there and quit.
Not a customer, but if their employees are a reflection of the company's service, I never will be. I pulled into a gas station behind one of their vehicles at a pump, not knowing there was no one in it. The station was busy and I got stuck behind the truck; I couldn't back up or change lanes and waited 5 minutes for them to come out of the 7-11 with their coffee.
