Disappointing management response to a serious security issue Three days after my mother’s passing, while her family still had full legal possession of her apartment, someone entered using a master key without our permission. My mom ( 84 ) moved to Brightview a few months ago. We visited every assisted living in the region before we decided on Brightview. Fortunately, they had an efficiency available so my mom could move in quickly. My mom went from being completely independent to needing assisted living for medication management.
