My mom ( 84 ) moved to Brightview a few months ago. We visited every assisted living in the region before we decided on Brightview. Fortunately, they had an efficiency available so my mom could move in quickly. My mom went from being completely independent to needing assisted living for medication management. The staff is very caring and responsive and goes overboard to help remind my mom of activities and events so she doesn't miss them. My mom has such a marked improvement in her quality of life. It has been an amazing experience with Family Ties. The facility is a wonderful assisted living community that truly cares about its residents. Shelly and all the staff are compassionate, professional, and attentive to each resident’s needs. The facility is clean, welcoming, and provides a comfortable environment where residents feel safe and respected. I highly recommend this facility to anyone looking for a caring and trustworthy assisted living community for their loved one.

My husband, Kirk moved into Brightview memory care in January 2024 and he passed away in November 2025 of frontotemporal dementia, Brightview facility and the staff had indeed become a dear home away from home for Kirk. Kirk was so well loved and care for by the most compassionate staff of Brightview ; every one of them from all three shifts.
