After our dad passed away, our mom needed to decide if she was going to stay in their home or relocate to a senior living community. After many tours and much conversation about the pros and cons of both, mom decided on Brightview Crofton Riverwalk. I have lived at Brightview Crofton Riverwalk for six and a half years. I have enjoyed exercise classes, music, movies, lectures, painting classes, special events, outings, meals and the library. Sales Director, Craig Wowkanyn asked me to be an ambassador to help new residents acclimate themselves to their new home. This has made me feel like I am part of the wonderful living experience here.
My parents moved into Brightview Riverwalk in July 2024, as my mom was rapidly declining with dementia. We thought it would be a good way to keep them together as we navigated this next phase with her. My mom's health deteriorated quickly, and the professionals in both Independent Living and Wellspring Village were amazing with our family. Morgan, Bonnie & Michelle ~ Thank you for all you are doing to consistently making sure my parent's needs are met on their care plan. You have gone above and beyond! When money runs out, hope Brightview can somehow accept payments from Maryland Long Term Care Medical Assistance or Veterans Affairs, so residents don't have to move out. THANK YOU for considering!
